EARTHMAA FOODS – GLOBAL RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. GLOBAL POLICY OVERVIEW

Earthmaa Foods products are manufactured under international quality standards (GMP-compliant facilities) and categorized as consumable health supplements.

Due to their ingestible nature, returns, replacements, and refunds are strictly limited to ensure product safety, hygiene, and authenticity.

2. ORDER FULFILLMENT & DISTRIBUTION

Orders may be fulfilled via:

  • Authorized global logistics partners (including DHL, FedEx, UPS, Kuehne + Nagel, DSV, DTDC and equivalent carriers
  • Official distribution partners and marketplaces

For third-party purchases, platform-specific policies may apply alongside this policy.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN / REPLACEMENT

Returns or replacements are ONLY accepted under the following verified conditions:

Eligible Cases:

  • Product received damaged during transit
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product seal found tampered or compromised upon delivery

Non-Eligible Cases:

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following scenarios:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Taste, expectation, or subjective dissatisfaction
  • Self-diagnosed product ineffectiveness
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Delayed usage or mishandling

Health supplements are non-returnable once delivered in intact condition

4. CLAIM WINDOW (STRICT)

All claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Any request beyond this period will be automatically rejected without exception.

5. MANDATORY PROOF REQUIREMENTS

To validate any claim, the following is REQUIRED:

Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

  • Outer packaging condition
  • Inner product condition
  • Seal status at the time of opening

Supporting Images:

  • Shipping label
  • Damaged or incorrect product

Claims without complete proof will not be processed.

6. DELIVERY LIABILITY TERMS

Once the shipment is marked “Delivered” by the logistics provider, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • Any damage must be reported immediately or within 24 hours
  • Earthmaa is not liable for claims raised after confirmed delivery

7. REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • Approved cases are eligible for replacement only
  • Replacement will be processed after internal verification

Earthmaa reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject claims at sole discretion
  • Request additional verification if required

8. REFUND POLICY (LIMITED)

Due to the nature of consumable products:

Refunds are generally not applicable

In rare, approved cases (company discretion only):

  • Product must pass internal verification
  • Refund processed within 7–10 business days

9. PRODUCT USAGE DISCLAIMER

Results may vary based on:

  • Individual body response
  • Nutritional deficiency levels
  • Lifestyle and dietary habits

Earthmaa does not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on multiple personal factors.

10. CONSULTATION DISCLAIMER

Earthmaa is not liable for:

  • Self-prescription
  • Misuse of products
  • Ignoring professional medical advice

11. RIGHT TO REFUSE & POLICY CONTROL

  • Deny any request not meeting the above criteria
  • Restrict or block repeated or suspicious claims
  • Update or modify this policy without prior notice
